Abstract:
The paper presents the results of study of hormonal parameters, carbohydrate, microelement exchange and glycated (HbA1c) Hemoglobin in healthy women in the various seasons of the year. The 263 healthy women volunteers aged 20 to 40 years in the luteal phase (in the 19-22 day) of the menstrual cycle were examined four times during the year: in winter (December-February), spring (March-May), summer (July-August) and au-tumn (September-November). It was found that the maximum level of leptin, insulin, peptide C in the winter time, adiponectin, and glucose - in the summer, cortisol - in the fall. Thus, women with relatively low levels of adiponectin in the winter season are more pro-nounced signs of insulin resistance. It is shown that the maximum concentration of Mg and Mn in the blood serum of healthy women were observed, and the minimum in the summer  winter. The amplitude of the seasonal rhythm Mg concentration was 0,17±0,01 mmol/l, and Mn  0,16±0,01 mkmol/l (p < 0.05). It was found that the maximum values of HbA1c levels in healthy women were in the winter period, and the minimum - in the summer. The amplitude of the seasonal rhythm in HbA1c was 0.37%. By studying the correlation between the values of HbA1c levels and the concentration of Mg in the serum of healthy women found that the maximum negative correlation coefficient was (r = -0,57; p < 0,001) in the summer, and between the values of HbA1c levels and the concentration of Mn (r = -0,63; p < 0,001) - in the winter. Thus, the data show statistically significant seasonal changes in hormonal parameters, carbohydrate and mineral meta-bolism, and glycated hemoglobin in healthy women.
