Abstract:
Street in the article the results of research on the cultivation of mammalian cells in serum-free medium, based on the ex-tract of medicinal Leech, which has pronounced can properties. The concentration of extract of leech in nutritional environment that provides a viable cell mass necessary to get the vaccine and diagnostic of biological products. The objective of our research was the establishment of economically accessible and suitable for the cultivation of mammalian cell culture medium, which improves the growth and adhesive properties of culture increases the proliferative activity of cells, and reduces the risk of contamination by pathogens, decreases the cytotoxicity of environments and their potential immunogenicity.
