Abstract:
Modern traumatology and orthopedics includes one of the most important components of direction - reconstructive surgery, where different surgical aids and various osteoplastic materials are used for recovery integrity musculoskeletal system. Demand for the latter, as throughout the world, and Russia is growing incredibly fast. The annual growth in the number of joint replacement back the growth of their re-replacement, often with the presence of a large amount of destruction of bone structures. A general longevity of people have problems of osteoporosis, which takes place to be a high incidence of fractures, the need for joint replacement, medication and costly disease prevention. Release osteoplastic materials for exhaust technology, the search for and development of new forms of testing in vitro and in vivo is a very popular modern bioimplantology task. Reached common human longevity turns with osteoporosis problems, where there is high level of fracture, necessity of endoprosthesis replacement, medical and expensive disease prevention. The issue of osteoplastic materials by used technology, search and development new forms, their tests in vitro and in vivo are the most essential mission in modern bioimplantology. The complex of problems with satiation Russian medical services market with effective osteoplastic materials can be solved only with cooperation of different scientific-practical centres. In this way perspective offer is joint work of institutions, which representatives are presented in these the sises. Collaborators from FGBU CITO and the university of theoretical and experimental biophysics RAN in Pushchino are leading joint researches on fundamental improvement technologies obtaining osteoinductive osteoplastic materials, giving them extra physical and biological properties, including the inclusion of materials recombinant bone morphogenetic proteins (rhВМР-2), made in Pushchino, labour-rent materials testing on various parameters at all stages of manufacture. The research results in vitro are showing about multifold increase osteoinductivity bone matrix in combination with rhВМР-2. Such biocomposite materials find their application, particularly in the treatment of pseudarthrosis, as well as in those cases where is disturbed or reduced. Collaboration with the research center of biomedical technology GNU Vilar, Moscow State University named by Lomonosov and MSMSU named by Yevdokimov allowed to develop methods to predict the quality ksenomaterials at the initial stages, during the life of animals. At the same time practiced methods of treatment using tissue sparing techniques. An experimental model of use of bisphosphonates to prevent the stability of implants. The analysis of results used native osteoplastic materials in a clinical setting allows to make corrections as technology manufacturing, and to remember the forgotten technique of studying the state of the sick person in need of rehabilitation. Unfortunately, the current state of bioimplantology in Russia is characterized, in addition to the presence of a great number of different plastic materials of organic, inorganic, or a combination of nature, manufactured in the United States and the European Union, the presence of total corruption, the lack of a clear legal framework regulating the legal activities of medical institutions engaged in scientific and practical activities in bioimplantology. Against this background, the Russians have to buy osteoplastic foreign counterparts, which prise, quality and real property often cause legitimate criticism. Creating conditions (including government funding), followed by development and introduction into clinical practice of domestic, Russian plastics, their fair and objective assessment of accompanying educational and awareness among practitioners of plastic surgeons, is a pressing problem bioimplantology in Russia. Prospects of the laboratory «CITO Tissue Bank» in cooperation with MSMSU named by Yevdokimov, the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Biophysics, GNU Vilar, Moscow State University. University, Dental center «Interdentos» and the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital is based on the development and further introduction into clinical practice of new, local, safe and effective osteoplastic materials.
