Abstract:
There are results of a study of correlations scales SF-36 questionnaire and indexes of heart rate variability in physically trained young men and women. The study was carried out in 2010-2013. There have been studied 20 girls and 26 boys who live in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District. We used a non-specific (general) SF-36 questionnaire. We used a non-specific (general) SF-36 questionnaire. Heart rate variability was registered using a pulse oximeter "ELOX-01S2" and the program "ELOGRAPH". In the study of boys and girls were found different relations between subjective assessment of quality of life due to the health and performance of the autonomic regulation of cardiac activity, objectively reflects the functional state of the or-ganism. In the group of the girls all physical component scale had statistically significant relations with individual HRV parameters, the young men - only the assessment of the general state of health. In the group of boys showed a more number of statistically significant relations than for girls between the scales of psychological component and indexes of heart rate variability. In general, the increase in the subjective assessment of the quality of everyday life, not limited to the state of physical and mental health, we have seen for the girls at increase in activity vagal influences; for boys - the individual components of the sympathetic component of regulation.
