Abstract:
The results of the study of the quality of life of psoriasis patients, comorbid with hypertension using the questionnaire SF-36. Quality of life were determined by means of non-specific SF-36 questionnaire. It was established that the scale PF is observed decline in patients with hypertensive group with comorbid pathologies. In the presence of hypertension patients increasingly believed that the health limits their physical functioning. The same pattern is observed between the study groups on a scale role functioning due to RP. The scale shows how the physical health limits daily activities of the respon-dent. The scale of BP evaluates the level of pain the last 4 weeks, and the extent to which pain limited the ability to live in the respondent's home and outside the home. On this scale, the amount of pain in men with psoriasis significantly limits the livelihoods of respondents. Span GH characterizes the state of health of the respondent at the time of the survey. On this scale, significant differences were not observed. The components that characterize the VT and the level of the SF are not significantly different in all groups. It should be noted at the low values of the test, on a scale of SF, which shows how respondents are satisfied with their level of social activity that involves contact with friends, family, a team. Reduced values of up to 57% and 52% in the group I and group II from 100% possible, says on the limitation of social contacts and a low level of communication in connection with the physical and/or emotional state of the respondents in patients with psoriasis, and in combination with hypertension. Thus, the presence of essential hypertension causes quantitative changes in QOL as a significant reduction in the absolute values of physical functioning, role-playing component and its intensity of pain. In patients with psoriasis observed limita-tion of life pain and role functioning emotional state, decreased social activity and mental well-being.
