Abstract:
The article deals with the influence of intramuscular introduction of copper nanoparticles on the morphological status and trace element composition of fetoplacental complex of white rats. The article is divided into five parts. In the introduction touched on characterizing the properties and the role of copper in maintaining normal homeostasis, as well as the use of copper in the form of nanoscale in various fields of science and technology. Defined purpose of the study is to establish the nature of the influence of copper nanoparticles on the morphological status and trace element composition of fetoplacental complex laboratory animals. The second part of the article is devoted to the description of the materials and methods used in this study. We used copper nanoparticles size 103,0 ± 2,0 nm. The studies were performed on thirty white laboratory rat line «Wistar» with gestation. Rats were divided into three groups: two control and experimental. The experimental groups were different concentrations of the nanoparticles (0.5 and 1 mg /kg, respectively). At the end of the experiment blood is taken and organs. For morphological study of fetoplacental complex was carried out organometriya subsequent and esti-mate the parameters of the physical development of the fruit. Analysis of the samples of tissue in experimental animals for the content of trace elements conducted laboratory ANO «Center of biotic medicine». The main part contains the results of the experiment. It was found that intramuscular administration of copper nanoparticles at a concentration of 1 mg / kg resulted in a reduction in female fertility. Copper in the form of nanoscale causes a decrease in the mass and the square of the placental tissue. When comparing the accumulation of essential and conditionally essential elements in placental tis-sue of animals revealed a significantly higher content of most of the parameters studied in experimental animals. More pronounced changes were observed in the second experimental group. Along with a large content of overwhelming amounts of elements studied in placental tissue of experimental groups were significantly lower content of B and Si. Study trace accumulation in the body of the fruit shows an increase in the content of Mn and Zn as the concentration Fe, I and Si. Comparison of the most copper in placental tissue control and experimental groups showed no significant difference. There were no significant differences in the content of this element in the fetal tissues. In conclusion, they say, that the introduction of copper nanoparticles affects ergonometricheskie characteristics of the pla-centa and results in a significant change in the elemental composition of the placenta and fetuses. In this case, the greatest changes were observed in placental tissue in which, regardless of the dose of the drug, there was accumulation of elements, probably due to its barrier function.
