Abstract:
The paper presents the results of a survey of young men - natives of Africa and Russia, with local cooling of the hand in ice water for 1 minute duration. Register temperature brush, body, and heart rate variability during the term of the cold and in the recovery period showed that the significant difference between the groups surveyed by the dynamics of the temperature of the brush after local cooling almost no differences in the spectral characteristics of heart rate, which reflect the central regulation of blood circulation processes.
