Abstract:
There was established that variations in athmosferic pressure and temperature, geomagnetic activity (magnetic storm) , humidity could decrease hypotensive effect of therapy patients with arterial hypertention .the aim of this work was investi-gationof this problem by data of therapy in patients with hypertensive disease stage III of ingibitors of angiotensinconverting enzimes and blockators of angiotensin receptors II in gender aspects of efficacy these therapy on the background of acion meteorologic and geomagnetic factors.data about earth and cosmic weather we obtained from sites ftp://ftp.ngda.gov/stp/ geomagnetic-data-indices / kp-ap and http// meteo. Infospace. Rj. We used drugs of iapf such as prestarium, of bra II lozap, lozartan, lorista, blocktran. Hemodynamic parameters were reg-istered by daily monitorig (shiller at-!0) and by self-control of blood pressure during day and night from the 1-ferst till 18 day and during 2-3 months ambulatory.there were investigated correlation coefficients between the 1-ferst and following days hospitalization by pearson. We calculated delta between befor and after therapy. Obtained data testified about gender differences in more hypotensive reaction in old women, than in old men in therape with bra ii.there were established dif-ferences in clinic symptoms with their impruvement in women under influence of iapf.there was revealed abcence of gender differences in hypotensive effect of iapf and dynamics of daily profile of sad with its normalization under the influence of iapf and bra ii in old men and women. There was established influence of meteo-and geomagnetic activity on the background therapy of iapf and bra2 with tacking into acount gender differences.
