Abstract:
The actuality of microbiological monitoring for the detection of pathogens in the environment objects, biological material demands the development of high sensitive and specific diagnostic products and methods of indication . The aim of this work was to conduct a comparative analysis of immunological methods for the diagnosis of tularemia and brucellosis infectious. To achieve this goal (used) the diagnostic preparations of experimental and production series FGHI Stavropol antiplague Institute of Rospotrebnadzor was used for setting reactions: indirect haemagglutination (RNGA), immunofluorescence (RIF); analysis: immunoassay (ELISA) and biosensor. Shown аdvantages and disadvantages of each of these methods. The comparative evaluation of diagnostic methods for the following indicators: sensitivity, specificity, time of execution and interpretation of the obtained results, the validity of diagnostic products and the cost of analyses. The most efficacious of the above methods, biosensor, as it has a high sensitivity to 1.0×103 to 1.0×104 microbial cells in 1 ml, has no re-cross reactions with particles heterologous strains, relatively quick implementation-level analysis - 15 minutes, the information content of the obtained results in the form of computer-characteristic graphs and tables. But these tests are relatively expensive compared to RNGA, RIF and ELISA.
