Abstract:
In research on 194 patients with the diagnosis «SD-II» 210 transplantations of a cellular material of a xenogeny pancreas are executed. From them: to 18 patients are replaced β?cells of primary culture (3-6 million); to 30 primary culture of all Langer Hans cells (3-6 million), and 55 - a native suspension of cells of all Langer Hans cells (3-6-9 million) is replaced: 14 of them operation was executed repeatedly in 3,5 months after the first transplantation; to 30 patients 1-2 sessions of the artificial endocrine pancreas (AEP) were carried out. To 30 patients primary culture of all Langer Hans cells (3-6 million) was replaced during AEP session (1-2 sessions); to the 1 patient the native suspension of cells of all Langer Hans cells (9 million) was three times replaced every 3,5 month after the previous transplantation and in 1-2 weeks after AEP session (only 2 sessions), previous each transplantation. As group of comparison correction was made in stationary conditions insulin of short action. It is shown that in the general algorithm of complex treatment of sick SD, transplantation of primary culture or a native suspension of cells of all Langer Hans cells in combination with AEP sessions (according to indications) can be recommended to as an effective remedy of recovery correct treatment, regardless of terms of demonstration SD allowing in 80-84% cases to achieve steady good therapeutic effect.
