Abstract:
The results of evaluation of the level of functioning of the circulatory system for adaptive capacities indicating stress adaptation mechanisms in the examined after being in the war zone.
We examined 46 men aged 20 to 30 years. Found that after being in the war zone was observed in the examined tension adaptation mechanisms compared with baseline data. The studies revealed that the examined after being in the war zone, the values of the coefficient Na/K in saliva was significantly (p < 0,05) reduced, and the ratio K/Ca increased, indicating a higher level of activity of sympathetic nervous system of these. There were significant correlations between values of the coefficients are coefficients Na/K, and K/Ca (r = 0,69, p < 0,001), and between values of the coefficients of the Na/K on mood and SAN (r = 0,42, p < 0,01) in the examined after being in the war zone. Found that the examined after a stay in the war zone, a significant reduction (p < 0,001) ratio Cu/Zn in mixed saliva compared to baseline data. This is due to the fact that a reduced level of copper on the background of a slight deficit in salivary Zn promotes the activation of lipid peroxidation.
The studies using self-SAN subjective test revealed after being in the war zone a significant decrease (p < 0,05) figure being 14.5%, activity 10.2%, mood by 10.8% Compared with the baseline data.
Thus, the data assessing the level of functioning of the circulatory system for adaptive capacities indicate stress adaptation mechanisms in the examined after being in a combat zone. In addition, it was found significantly (p < 0,05) reduction coefficient values Na/K ratio and increased K/Ca in the saliva, which indicates a higher level of activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.
