Bulimia nervosa (NB) (F 50.2) usually manifistates in adolescents. Its main symptom is starvation because of pathologic thoughts about own overweight, then binge eating and self-induced vomiting. The disease caused somato-endocrinal disturbances end change of motivations, thinking and mental work capacity disorders. 30 patients with NB were observed. The 1-st group consist of vomitomanes, it was revealed increased of dopamine level, the 2-nd group was NB without vomitomania. The assessment of efficiency of treatment was made by changes in dopamine level, pathopsycologic method, EEG. The rate of dopamine in urine collected during 24-houers may be objective criteria of dynamic of disease because the patients never tell truth about their own condition. The habitude vomiting after binge eating were alike addiction and caused withdrawal syndrome. The increasing of dopamine level was en evident that there are not normalization of psychic state and may be relapse of clinical symptoms - of NB. Normalization of dopamine level usually revealed in 2 - 4 weeks of therapy. Faster improvement was revealed after using of standard therapy in the special hospital.
