Abstract:
The results of studying the patterns of daily fluctuations axillary temperature and central hemodynamics in healthy and diseased uterine myoma women of reproductive age. Survey of 197 healthy and 154 women with uterine myoma aged 20-42 years was conducted in the morning 7-9 hours and in the evening 18-20 hours in the follicular phase of 6-8 days of the menstrual cycle. Found that in patients with uterine myoma observed shift of the maximum daily rhythm axillary body temperature at a late hour in the range of 21-22 hours, compared with healthy. Shown that women with uterine myoma maximum values of HR, SBP and DBP fall on the evening hours. Amplitude of diurnal variations of these parameters was significantly lower than in healthy women. While statistically significant circadian rhythms detected only in 79.4 % of patients. The correlation coefficients (p < 0.05) between the values of heart rate and body temperature axillary healthy women have made the morning r = 0.32 and evening r = 0.45, in patients with uterine myoma - r = 0.72 and r = 0.66, respectively. Found that patients had higher levels of activity of sympathetic nervous system with a maximum in the evening hours. The direct correlation (p < 0.01) between the values index Kerdo morning and evening in healthy women r = 0.47, and in patients with uterine myoma - r = 0.74. Thus, the results chronophysiological studies suggest that central hemodynamics in healthy women have the distinct diurnal rhythm. The changes in chronostructure of circadian rhythmicity in women with uterine myoma, according to the phenomenon of internal desynchronization and shifts regulatory mechanisms aimed at finding optimal operation of functional systems in the new conditions.
