Influence strain of bifidobacterium longum on amount of endogenous losses of chemical elements from the body of laboratory animals (rats wistar)

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the study of the influence of strain Bifodobacterium longum on the value of the endogenous losses from the animal body. Analyzed information on the effect of probiotics on bone strength and macroelement composition of the body of experimental animals, followed by the study of trace element content in the organs and tissues of laboratory rats. The study was performed in male laboratory rats «Wistar» which was grown under identical conditions. As the sample used biosubstrates body of rats for study the elemental composition. Using mass spectrometry, and atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled argon plasma content of 25 investigated the chemical elements in the body of animals. The study found a selective effect on the bacteria Bifidobacterium longum on endogenous losses of mineral substances, expressed in a more intensive excretion of the experimental animals group of a number of heavy metals and stabilization of the level of individual essential elements.
