Abstract:
In this study, diurnal changes in immune and cytokine profile of whole saliva in healthy women in different phases of the menstrual cycle. Found that the maximum concentration of immunoglobulins (sIgA, IgA, and IgM), cytokines (IL-6) in the whole saliva in all subjects identified in the morning, and IgG, IL-1β, TNF-α, lactoferrin and lysozyme activity - in the evening (p < 0,001). The concentration of immunoglobulins (sIgA and IgA), cytokines (IL-6) in the whole saliva was significantly higher in the follicular phase, and IgG, IgM, IL-1β, TNF-α, lactoferrin and lysozyme activity - in the luteal (p < 0,001).
