Abstract:
One of the industries in which there are ekstemalnye conditions, is the metallurgical industry. Employed in the steel industry are faced with the following professional factors damaging effects: fumes, dust, heavy exercise, hyperthermia, emotional stress. In order to assess the possibility of using biochemical indicators of saliva to diagnose the level of a state of tension of metallurgists in the real world of professional activity, as well as to identify the degree of functional adaptation, depending on the length of a survey of three groups of working steel mill. Group 1 - metallurgy in age from 25 to 35 years work experience with 5 years of age (32) Group 2 - metallurgists in age from 35 to 45 years of work experience which included 10 years of age (35) Group 3 - Metallurgists in age from 45 to 55 years with experience of 15 years (33 patients).
It was found that the severity of katabolichesih metallurgical processes in the body progresses with increasing length of service in a metallurgical plant.
The data suggest that the dynamics of the complex psycho-physiological and biochemical parameters in group 1 (5 years seniority) of subjects reflects the state of low tension sympathoadrenal system, with a corresponding character of the usual activities and, accordingly, a fairly high level of psycho-physiological adaptation to its metallurgical characteristics. In the second group (10 years experience), it corresponds to the moderate intensity of the subjects and activities is malonapryazhenny character. Identified in studies of changes in biochemical and psychophysiological indices in workers of the third group (15 years of experience) can be regarded as an indicator of the state of severe tension, and work - as a complex and emotiogenic for this group of metallurgists.
Obviously, patients with types I and II of the dynamics of biochemical factors influence the intensity of the saliva of the professional environment in the body is in the range of functional potentialities of man. Against the background of a strong state of tension (III type of dynamics) are some of the most unfavorable for the body changes that adversely affect operating results, as evidenced by psychophysical research.
Thus, the study was made of sensitive indicators of fundamental biological processes of the human body at the molecular level by means of bloodless, noninvasive, convenient for use in the real world.
