Abstract:
In the present study were examined clinical and morphological characteristics of breast cancer stage I (T1N0M0). In large retrospective clinical materials were studied the changes of age and morphological criteria of tumors. Russian data (N.N. Blokchin RCRC, Clinic of RMAPE) were compared with Holland data (LUMC and Database of all Netherlands). Were shown that Russian patients with T1N0M0-stage were younger and had more aggressive tumors (high rate of hormononegative ductal carcinoma G2), but Dutch patients with T1N0M0-stage were significant older and had hormonopositive ductal cancer G1 more often.
