Abstract:
As a result of experiment it was ascertain that FRA-1 gene expression was significant decreased against control in 2 hours after low intensity laser radiation resurfacing with wavelengths 1,27 mkm, with exposure of resurfacing in 1 min.
In 6 hours after laser radiation resurfacing, with exposure of resurfacing in 1 min FRA-1 gene expression continued to decrease. In 24 hours FRA-1 gene expression was decreased.
After low intensity laser radiation resurfacing with wavelengths 1,27 mkm and exposure of resurfacing in 5 min FRA-1 gene expression was significant increased towards control.
While analyzing level of FRA-1 gene expression 2 hours after low intensity laser radiation resurfacing 1 and 5 minutes, results were much different in two variants.
It may be suggested that time of exposure of laser radiation has grate effect on FRA-1 gene expression changes. As significant changes of expression level comes shortly after action on biocytoculture, what is rapid cell response on laser radiation, results obtained in 2 hours of culture, may be the most unbiased.
Therefore, findings demonstrate, that time of exposure of laser radiation significantly works on FRA-1 gene expression changes in cell line HaCaT after low intensity laser radiation resurfacing with wavelengths 1,27 mkm.
As FRA-1 gene has overexpressionin in psoriasis and makes a great figure in psoriatic pathogenesis, and reduction of its expression after cell irradiation, is important success rate of low intensity laser radiation efficiency in psoriasis therapy, it may be suggested that exposure in 1 min would be the most efficient.
