Abstract:
Coagulation of biological tissue represents set of the physical and chemical processes, submitting to laws chemical кинетики and heat transfers as a result of influence of a high-frequency current. The result of such influence is integrated function of temperature and time. Other factor influenc-ing a temperature mode, the density of a current in a fabric which is defined by the sizes and the form of a working part of an electrode is. Thus, regulation of depth of coagulation for concrete types of electrodes it should be carried out by installation of capacity (amplitude and porosity in a pulse mode) and time of influence. The temperature mode also depends on physical and chemical characteristics of a biological tissue (structure, structure, volume of blood and other parameters) Therefore the technology of coagulation with adjustable depth should be adhered to a concrete kind of a biological tissue. For an estimation of influence of target parameters of the electrosurgical device, physics and geometrical parameters of electrodes, the approached linear model of heating of a fabric is used. Results of mathematical modelling of temperature modes will be coordinated to experiment and represent the adequate description of dependence of depth of coagulation from capacity and time of influence for concrete types of electrodes. Installation of parameters of coagulation influences of devices of series "ПлазмоТом" a priori with use resulted graphics, allows to adjust depth of coagulation up to 5 mm for electrodes of var-ious type.
