Abstract:
The work purpose is studying of possibility of application of indicators pupillometry, sonography, arterial pressure as methods of diagnostics of latent infringements of brain blood circulation at neurocirculatory dystonia on vascular type for their correction and revealing of groups of risk. 263 persons (157 women and 106 men) at the age from 25 till 35 years with the diagnosis a neu-rocirculatory dystonia are surveyed. Patients have been divided into 2 groups: 1st - hypotensive type of the dystonia (147 persons), 2nd - hypertensive type of the dystonia (116 persons). Pupillo-metry it was spent by means of the device - DM -2010 Iritech», sonography the main vessels of a head by means of the device «Vasoflo 4», the control of arterial pressure was spent on Korotkov's method from both parties. Inspection was spent two times: before and after physical activity. Lateralisation of the systolic arterial pressure indicators in the first group made 5-10 mm Hg, in the second group-5-15 mm Hg. After loading the lateralisation has increased in the second group pupillometric indicators parasympathycotonia in the first group, corresponded sympathycotonia in the second group. Pupillometric indicators after physical activity carrying out were characterised by normalisa-tion of indicators in the first group and strengthening of the sympathycotonia in the second group. On the sonogramms the main vessels of a head at persons of both groups significant defeats of arteries in intra - and extracranial department it was not registered, a blood-groove on average brain arteries symmetric, it is not lowered. Change of linear speed of a blood-groove was result of functional insufficiency (the vegetative innervation infringement of a site of vascular sys-tem).Patients with a neurocirculatory dystonia have infringements of adaptive possibilities. This decrease in physical working capacity, vegetative and functional asymmetries. After loading the hypertensive type of a dystonia is accompanied by strengthening of vegetative and functional asymmetry, the hypotonic type of a dystonia is accompanied by reduction of the vegetative and functional lateralisation. The received results of research can be used as a technique basis on re-vealing and formation of groups of risk with the subsequent working out of actions for treatment, correction and preventive maintenance of insufficiency of blood circulation.
