Abstract:
PURPOSE. Our purpose was to standardize the selection of volunteers for working in extreme conditions. METHODS. Apparently healthy volunteers underwent 30-minute moderate hypoxia test; simultaneous ECG registration and biochemical examination of blood were made; trends of R-wave amplitude were analyzed and compared with blood biochemical values. CONCLUSION. The suggested method allows to conduct screening of cardiovascular system dysfunction within the shortest possible time.
