THE ADOPTION TISSUE ENGINEERING IN INTEGRATED TREATMENT OF GUNSHOTS FRUCTURES BY LONG BONES

Abstract:
In Major Military Clinical Hospital, names author academician N.N. Burdenko, are continue clini-co-experimental research. Authors describe ways of correction and improvement microcirculations from gunshot fracture by long bone in this research. This methodic includes the integrated adop-tion of immobilization of limb, reconstruction and restorative, proper infuse-transfusion and va-sodilatation drug treatment. The study of possibility accompanied of transplantation of osteo- and endothelium-induction mesenchymal stromal cells on byotransplant from gunshot fracture or de-fect of long bone of limb continuing now. This modern and urgent methodic, in the near future, will be encourage of improvement by osteo-reparative processions, shortening time by consolidation of fracture and improve the results by replacement of postgunshots defects by long bones of limbs. Now tissue engineering become the necessary to involvement on clinical orthopedics practice.
