The Installed particularities speakers to secretions gonadotropic and steroid hormone at women being subjected to systematic and intensive influence xenobiotiks, both at region of the residence, and on bad production. It was demonstrated information importance of gormon-s status as the diagnostic test of the endocrine sterility and was installed frequency, nature and gravity ecological hung pathology from length, intensities of the influence of the complex damaging factor surrounding ambiences, age and length of service of the work. New information are received about dependencies feminine reproduction ability to functions from level antropotechnical loads of the region of the residence and specifics of the production ambience, having importance for adaptation ре-продуктивной of the system of the women to different ecological and social condition of the resi-dence. As a result of the complex laboratory researches for the first time in Lipetsk region were exposed and scientifically based the influence of some physical and chemical factors of the envi-ronment to the reproductive health of women and established dependence of fertility on anthropo-genic burden ecologically polluted region, age, length of service and living in territory with different degree of harmful interference atmospheric discharges and factory waste on organism of women at the reproductive age. Time course of gonadotropic function and steroid hormone was established in women under regular and intensive exposure of xenobiotics in living territory and harmful production. Informational content of hormone state was shown as diagnostically test of the endocrine infertility. The frequency, character and complexity of ecologically dependent pathologies on duration, intensity of impact of a number of harmful factors of environment - length of service were established. The new facts about dependence of women reproductive function on anthropogenic burden of living region and industrial environment which are very important for the adaptation of reproductive system of women to different ecological and social conditions of living were got.
