ATLAS OF TEMPORAL VARIATIONS FOR PERSON AND BIOSPHERE HEALTH

Abstract:
In this paper we summary describe of the fundamental interdisciplinary research «Atlas of Tem-poral Variations in Natural, Anthropogenic and Social Processes» for make-ready of the next vo-lumes under the title of «Three Environments Issue and Person». All volumes of Atlas include ga-thered real data on dynamics of natural and social processes and establish results of unified processing, analysis and interpretation of time series. Three volumes, that were published pre-viously, contain results on dynamics of different spheres processes in wide-ranging scale of space and time. It allowed us to state its basic properties. We include both previously well-known statements and our new results. In the new volumes of Atlas we consider the problems of effects on biosphere and person from the natural, social and anthropogenic environments during last 20-100 years, researching, for example, dynamics of the emergency call numbers in Moscow. Emergency call numbers data with sample rate from 1 hour to 1 month refer to different time interval and diagnosis groups. Probable of causes appearance of different rhythms in time series composition of the emergency call numbers are discussed. Correlation of diseases with external influences - solar activity, atmospheric pressure, pathogenicity index, effective temperature and Earth's rotation rate is considered in this article. The necessity of realization of complex system works on medico-ecological monitoring is substantiated. Complex system monitoring research must make on unified agreed program of works. Whole monitoring data processing must be integrated and unified. It allows get more com-plete information about processes in different spheres. Based on above mentioned ideology re-searches make more reliable: the predictions of disadvantageous phenomena in cosmos, lithos-phere, atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere, anthroposphere; the disaster prevention and/or loss decrease. Furthermore, these researches will help us for the balanced and efficient, but not dis-turbing of nature harmony, nature management; and at least enhance health and life quality of the population in several of Russia-s regions notorious for their deteriorating environment.
