DYNAMICS OF PARAMETERS SYMPATHOADRENAL AND KALLIKREIN-KININ SYSTEMS TO ACTION INTERMITTENT NORMOBARIC HYPOXITHERAPY IN THE PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

Abstract:
The results study parameters of sympathoadrenal and kallikrein-kinin systems to action intermit-tent normobaric hypoxitherapy in the patients with hypertension are given in the article. 79 men with not complicated primary hypertension I-II degree without previous regular antihypertensive therapy which is taking place in out-patient treatment in the period with 2006 for 2009, aged 30 to 50 years were examined. After rate of intermittent normobaric hypoxitherapy (20-30 sessions for the different patients) it the patients with hypertension in the greater measure the concentration of epinephrine and in an a little bit smaller measure of norepinephrine (р < 0,05) was reduced. Thus the activity renin plasma in them raised at 1,6 times in relation to an initial level. Thus the ratio norepinephrine/ epinephrine statistically significant has increased up to 3,2 (prior to the beginning hypoxitherapy it made 2,3), that testifies to improvement of equation of parts sympathoadrenal system after rate of intermittent normobaric hypoxitherapy. The concentration kallikrein in plasma of blood statistically significant decrease after rate of intermittent normobaric hypoxitherapy in the patients hypertension is established. Thus concen-tration prekallikrein and bradykinin statistically significant increased, and the activity inhibitor of kallikrein ? 2-macroglobulin and 1-protein inhibitor has decreased in relation to an initial level (р < 0,05).
