ELEMENTARY STATUS FEATURES OF LABORATORY ANIMALS UNDER THE INFLUENCE DIFFERENT FACTORIES

Abstract:
In the present work we have studied the influence of physical activity and different diets on ele-mentary status of male Wistar rats. For this purpose three experimental groups were formed. The laboratory animals of first group were under influence of physical activity the deficiency diet. The rats of the second group were under influence of physical activity and balanced diet. The laboratory animals of third experimental group were under influence of deficiency diet only. Fourth group used as a control. Rats - bodies were used fore studying the microelementary status of laboratory animals. Disbalans of trace element was found for rats subjected to physical activity. All experi-mental groups demonstrated reducing the contents of macro and essential elements. On the other hand concentration of some toxic elements was increased. The most changes were found in the first experimental group. In the second experimental group changes of trace elements were insig-nificant. The data obtained showed clearly that Ca, Mg, P, Cr, Fe, Co, Zn, Mg have the most affect on physical activity adaptation.
