Abstract:
This study was designed to conduct comprehensive research on dosage effects of extreme kinds of recreation on the human body. The paper revealed the influence of recovery on a snowmobile in the area of high mountains on the cardiorespiratory system as well as the psychological status of the tourists was. Of particular interest is the fact that the severity of these psychological characte-ristics are directly dependent on the complexity of recovery. The studies were identified quantitative indicators of the impact of extreme forms of recreation on the functional state of the human body depending on the duration of their impact.
