In article studying of a brain blood-groove and separate capillary a blood-groove, renal systems at pupils with a delay of mental development, functional speech disturbance, consequences of con-cussion of a brain, and application of electrostimulation of a brain device TRANSAIR-01 in a com-plex about vitamin РР and eskuzanum is spent. As a result of the spent manipulations there was a normalisation arterial-capilarity and capillary-venularity a blood-groove. After correction in group to functional speech disturbance there is a lexicon increase, the phonemic perception, lexical structure of a word is improved. Considerable progress in development of monologic speech is marked. Stutter has in most cases disappeared. In group to consequences of concussion of a brain after correction there is a normalisation of a brain blood-groove, a capillary blood-groove that leads to disappearance of headaches, dizzinesses, normalisation of all kinds of memory.
