Abstract:

The article explores innovative methods and tools for production management and organization in the media industry, with a focus on business planning as a key element of strategic management in the context of digital transformation. It examines the interplay between various types of planning and production organization amid the digital transformation of the media market. Special attention is given to the application of modern digitalization tools in mass media, as well as the specifics of media content production, including its creative-technological duality, multi-format nature, and tight deadlines.

The study analyzes traditional and agile project management methodologies, their advantages, and limitations in the media sector. Examples of successful digital tool implementation for optimizing production processes are provided.

The article identifies systemic planning challenges in Russian media and offers recommendations for digital transformation, including automation, integration of analytical platforms, and the development of predictive models.
