Leak-tightness testing is a key stage in the commissioning of gas pipelines, but traditional methods are susceptible to human error and do not ensure reliable recording of results.
Objective – to develop an automated device that eliminates manual operations and increases the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of pressure testing.
The automated electronic pressure tester PRESS-GAS 001 is presented, featuring a built-in compressor, battery, electronic manometer, display, control unit, and printing device. The system eliminates human influence, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and provides automatic result recording. The operating algorithm is described, enabling full process automation.
The use of PRESS-GAS 001 enhances the safety and reliability of gas distribution systems, simplifies inspection, reduces operational risks, and contributes to the digitalization of technical supervision processes.
