The article discusses the question: how possible is the use of artificial intelligence in public administration in an unstable geopolitical period when information is changing very quickly? Technological innovation – artificial intelligence allows you to achieve high speed in data management, but at the same time carries great risks associated primarily with information security. The analysis examines the problems that can be encountered when introducing artificial intelligence into the public sector. The article considers the strategy according to which it is necessary to move when creating a comfortable and safe environment for the life of each individual, because in a period of great instability, each person may be vulnerable primarily psychologically. The vector of development of artificial intelligence in public administration is considered, trends that are worth paying attention to if you build a global digital society. Analytical research methods help to reveal the features of artificial intelligence technologies in the public sector, show the advantages of the introduction of artificial intelligence and what difficulties can be encountered when it is introduced into public administration.
