Abstract:

In space apparat craft control system there is a question of expedient solution of reliability problem, i.e. finding the most optimal criterion for redundancy in terms of established restrictions on mass and dimensions, such as volume and weight, as well as restrictions on power consumption and product cost.

The paper presents the calculation of the fault tolerance of the space apparat control system (SA CS) for various given probabilities of faultless operation. These recommendations for SA CS structural schemes guarantee the required uptime at minimum cost.
