Abstract:

To solve various tasks and create multifunctional samples of microwave and HF radio equipment that meet modern requirements (weight and size properties, the possibility of unification of boards, etc.), it is necessary to use a large number of miniature, small-sized devices, devices, assemblies, etc. in their design. This becomes possible based on the use of a diverse number of transmission lines. To substantiate the improvement of the parameters of the modified SSL and its application in the design of hybrid integrated circuits of the microwave and HF ranges by the presented calculation results. The advantage of the modified symmetric slot line in comparison with the classical symmetric slot line is shown by the calculated numerical finite element method. The results obtained can be used in the development of integrated circuits of microwave and HF bands.
