Abstract:

When designing and operating Russian weapons, it is always an urgent task to determine the possible effectiveness of the use of these weapons in the process of combat confrontation with possible combat means of a likely enemy. The scientific and practical complexity of the solution of this problem is explained by the fact that, as a rule, basic data for each analyzed tactical situation always are: incomplete, inexact, doubtful, with limited opportunities for use of ammunition. The task itself is poorly structured, characterized by great combinatorial complexity, has numerous risks and severe restrictions on the time to solve the problem.

Target – to propose a mathematical model of the decision support system in determining stochastic characteristics of the effectiveness of combat warfare of radio engineering systems included in the ship's air defense system and means of air attack on the ship's compound.

The principles of construction and use of mathematical models of combat warfare of special-purpose systems with clear and fuzzy initial data are considered. Steps and examples of construction of proposed hybrid models are given.

Described is a mathematical model and algorithm for determining estimates of stochastic characteristics of the effectiveness of combat warfare of radio engineering systems included in the ship's air defense system and means of air attack on the ship's compound.

The system of criteria and indicators of performance assessment is proposed. Examples of the proposed indicators for various tactical episodes are given, allowing the decision maker to participate in possible risks.
