Abstract:

Currently, the use of unmanned aircraft systems in emergency zones where the presence of people is associated with a danger to their lives, the use of piloted aircraft systems or spacecraft is not effective.

Propose a methodological approach to the rational distribution of control functions between the operator and the numerical complex of a promising automated unmanned vehicle control system.

The process of control of unmanned aerial vehicles at the control point of a prospective unmanned aviation system in the course of solving tasks of emergency monitoring was considered. The structure and tasks solved by the procedure of distribution of control functions between the operator and computational complexes of perspective control ACS of unmanned means are presented. The offered methodical approach can be used for the subsequent development of the corresponding techniques of the choice of options of the organization of management on the control center (CC) of the pilotless aviation systems (PAS) for the solution of specific target objectives in specific conditions of a situation in zones of emergency situations (emergency) with maximum efficiency.
