Abstract:

Problem statement. The depletion of the exogenous factors of the economic development causes the findings of new sources of the economic growth. The globalization, product standardization and the economy of scale have no more the expected return. The expansion of the information technologies requires the big data technologies that substantially increase the costs of the hightechnology industrial enterprises on organization and management. The convergence processes that could determine in the technology development lead to the shift of the technological paradigm, that is characterized the traditional norms and ways of the economic activities, the appearance of the new production factors.

The purpose of the research. In order to analyze the impact of the cognitive production factors onto the results of the high technology industrial enterprises.

The results. The paper envisages the problems of the endogenous economic growth on the example of a high-technology enterprise. The notion of the cognitive production factors as key determinants of the endogenous long term economic development has been used. On the base of the modified of the production function there has been shown a difference in results of the industrial enterprise with and without the cognitive production factors.

The practical relevance. The usage of the cognitive production factors will allow using the endogenous sources of the economic development for the increase of the competitiveness of high technology industrial enterprises.
