Abstract:
Existing labor security management system does not provide functioning economical analysis. Shift method labor conditions enhancement economic efficiency author-s model on the example of OJSC «SURGUTNEFTEGAZ» is suggested in this article. It allows to unite risk management in shift method on economically reasonable basis, necessary conditions procuring, labor security and safety with achievement of oil and gas industry company business purposes. The model includes methodical, criterial and instrumental constituents. The proposed product establishes the interrelation of profit and selling costs with expenses on labor conditions improvement.
