Abstract:
In the field of modernization of the production of electronic component base (ECB) products, enterprises traditional in the Kaluga region financed both basic research in the field of modern ECB diagnostics and the development of previously unexplored developments in the manufacture of products, including those related to ensuring the safety of personnel.
The main production plant of JSC «Voskhod»-KRLZ - the manufacturer of integrated circuits (IC) has by now under the import substi-tution program mastered a significant number of types of products with physical parameters inherent in the world analogues, including hybrid IC, due to the modernization of the photolithography areas of photomasks and the transition to Design standards of 0.8-1.0 microns, and, in general, the implementation of the automated system 1C: ERP «Enterprise Management» with the software of LLC «Kamin-Classic».
The introduction of the 1C: ERP automated system made it possible to visually reveal the reserves in increasing the production efficiency at the junction of the main workshop - the manufacturer of integrated circuits of IC and the auxiliary one - of the department of crystal production, in which semiconductor wafers are manufactured, cut into crystals of the required geometry and controlled.
It is proposed to place the crystal production in the main production shop, right next to the assembly site of the IC, and create a single metrology center to monitor their electrophysical parameters.
