Abstract:
Decision of the actual scientific issue of social-labour relations management evaluation is offered in the article. The specified procedure includes population life quality level measurement by social, ecological and economical directions, and social-labour relations management cost expenditures effect on oil and gas complex company products profitability based on three factors dynamics: selling, asset conversion cycle, total expenses on oil and gas production and realization.
