The method of monitoring of risks of technological violations and emergency situations

Abstract:
A new method of monitoring of risks of technological violations and emergency situations, worked out requirements to be applied in the framework: fuzzy cognitive models and methods of their construction and use; fuzzy production models and methods for their construction and use; the method of modeling the system dynamics of emergence and development of risks and assess the impact of the measures on their reduction. In the course of monitoring of technological violations and emergency situations data are collected from various sources, monitoring and receiving best practices, risk analysis of technological violations, monitoring events, predictive and reactive management of technogenic risks. In accordance with the proposed fuzzy ontology model, we propose a method of monitoring of risks of technological violations and emergency situations comprising the following steps.
