Improving the reliability of products by planning the cost of production of incoming devices

Abstract:
Material costs for the manufacture of various devices of the product varies. However, in the presence of constraints on top of material costs to achieve the required reliability through proper planning of expenditure between devices. Thus based on the postulate that the total value of reliability of the product Pserv is the sum of private values of reliability Pi incoming devices. First solves in General the problem of minimizing the function, which then allocate resources (materials + labor) between the devices in production.
In the second part of the article offers to increase spending on devices with low reliability (especially if there are several) to improve. Thus reducing the cost of highly reliable instruments (estimated), naturally, while getting the decline in their cleanliness.
By varying this contradiction and using the resulting function to minimize, we obtain the optimal allocation of costs to manufacturing of the product. The criterion of this optimization is to perform specified values to Pserv on the product.
