Abstract:
Theoretical dependences of transport and kinetic information flows, which determine cognition processes, are considered. Simulation of these processes is performed based on phenomenological dimensionless equations of preformation and transport of natural substances. These theoretical developments in the study of information flows determine the transition from the post-industrial society of transport technologies to kinetic forms of information transfer that allows to simulate the phenomena of nature and nature-like processes in the noosphere of a new type.
