Abstract:
The process design kit composition is listed in this article. PDK should include such parts like: rules of designing the topology and general information about the process; rules of designing devices. SPICE parameters and models of devices. Parameters of all types of transistors and diodes; models of resistors and capacitances inherent in the tests and their values; process files; user library; software.
