Abstract:
The article describes the main characteristics of the orbital grouping promising foreign satellite communication systems OneWeb.
According to the results of computer simulation it was proposed two options for building the orbital group of spacecraft in a low circular orbit for sustainable global coverage over the Earth.
A comparison of current and future launch vehicles of domestic production, which can be used as a means of small class spacecraft into a low circular orbit in terms of optimizing the value creation system. In addition, it compares the cost of the deployment of the national system of satellite communication with foreign counterparts.
