Abstract:
The method of justification of ways of planning and management of application of a complex of technical means in interests of effective use of organizational and technical systems in the conditions of competitive interaction on the basis of ensuring conflict stability of functioning of their information systems is offered. The method is represented a two-level optimizing discrete problem of distribution of a resource of the technical means of a complex solved on the basis of methods of branches and borders, standard planning and the maximum element.
