Method of functional synthesis of complexes of technical means of information support of organizational and technical systems

Abstract:
Decomposition of the purpose of the complex of technical means (CTM) on interdependent set of local goals, tasks, functions is carried out and is shown that the basis of its functional synthesis is made by levels of vneshnesistemny and intrasystem synthesis. At the level of vneshnesistemny synthesis the purposes, tasks, restrictions on creation and application of KTS, a condition and the ways of actions which are coming to an end with definition of expedient options of functional shape and an assessment of opportunities of realization of goals (tasks) are formed. Levels of intrasystem level are aimed at providing coordination of functioning of elements (various mission of subsystems) KTS. On the basis of decomposition of levels of disaggregation the KTS functions which it has to carry out when ensuring effective actions of the organizational and technical system (OTS) are formed and different parrying of resource contradictions between its elements is carried out. Ways of actions of KTS as the ordered set of actions and operations, cause change (specification) of functions of elements. The formalized approach to the description of ways of actions of KTS providing specification of the analysis of its functional shape in the form of functional dependence on external factors, internal operations, structure of functions and characteristics of the provided OTS is offered. It allowed to formalize a physical problem definition of functional synthesis of KTS on the basis of the entered interdependent set of hierarchical structures: aspects (procedural, operational, structural and parametrical), disaggregation levels (vneshnesistemny, intrasystem) and temporary stages (initial, intermediate and final) its shape and to offer a method of its decision on the basis of multicircuit cyclic iterative processes.
