Abstract:
The technique of formation possible and a choice of preferable options of structure of a complex of the technical means providing functioning of information systems in the conditions of conflict interaction of organizational and technical systems is offered. Use of the theory of decision-making is its basis in the conditions of uncertainty and logiko-probabilistic methods of research of reliability of structural and difficult systems.
