Abstract:
On the basis of modern methodologies and mathematical models of the estimates average business risks of the enterprise, performed the modernization of its tangible and intangible assets, with the primary investment of funds in the past. Such modernization is possible to create an innovative enterprise for the production of high-tech products, particularly products of electronic component base. Presents the basic methodology for the national-oriented business in Russia and basic mathematical approaches to the analysis of risks faced by the company during the development of innovative products import substitution based on existing technology, equipment and engineering and technical personnel, in the modernized enterprises of domestic electronic industry. We analyzed in detail all the risks of import products of electronic components, and the methods and techniques of control and to minimize their negative impact.
