The technology of optimization of procurement management is suggested enhancing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, specified at the operating level. The formalized methodological model for the evaluation of potential efficiency of the developed tech-nology is submitted in this article. It represents a reasonable mechanism to calculate the efficiency of introduction of technology in the development strategy of industrial enterprises. Evaluation is conducted at the level proposed and implemented solutions. Considers operating revenues and expenses. In addition, includes the cost of the transition to improved management of the procurement. Adjusted by the discount factor and the number of periods in the analysis. The definition of «technology of improving the management of procurement and the mechanism for assessing potential economic effects of the introduction of technology to improve management of the procurement» is formulated.
