Submitted analytical studies on the effectiveness of the set of technical, software and other tools, as well as professional development for information processing and management decision-making in the economic field, in relation to industrial enterprises. It was confirmed that a system for information technology are basic medium, constituent elements which are the means and methods for converting various data. It emphasizes the main purpose of the automated information technology - obtained by processing raw data information of a new quality, which produced the rational management decisions in the economic sphere. For industrial organizations recommended the concept of resource planning MRP (Materials Resource Planning - Planning material re-sources), which allows to minimize the costs associated with inventory, and put in it the concept of BOM (Bill Of Material) obliges the designers and engineers the company to take responsibility for the feasibility and optimal technological chain, which laid the calculations used in the material.
